How
the Tour is Hosted Online
|
We host the panos on our server and
provide a hyperlink to the tour. The tour will be hosted by Panolink for
six months, with an extension option available.
The images and tours are ready to post
and link to within 48 business hours (Friday shoots delivered Monday AM)
but are often ready by 4pm the next business day following the photo
shoot

Step 2 - Scheduling: |
After a review of our booking schedule and city map, we will
contact the homeowner directly to arrange the tour booking
time, unless otherwise discussed with you. You will then get a
phone call or email from us letting you know the day and time of
the shoot. |

|
Step 3 - Delivery:
|
PANOS:
Panolink
will set up a gallery on http://www.panolink.com/realtors/yourname and
send you the link for just the tour by email.
You then forward the
link to the MLX/MLS system, and/ or to your website
administrator.
|
|
STILLS:
Panolink will deliver a
zipped package of stills to an online delivery page and
you will receive an e-mail notification.
You or your assistant
will visit the delivery page and download and unzip that
package. These still photos are sized for the
mls (640x480 pixels) for speedy delivery, downloads, and uploads. If specific
photo sizes are needed, we would be pleased to discuss
that with you. |

Additional
Services Available

Extra
panos: $25
Some
realtors want every room shot because it "virtually" makes
the home look bigger - some of the high-end listings have
had 10-15 panos.
Some properties warrant a more economical approach (ie. some smaller
condos only need 4 panos).
Frontstill only: $30
Sometimes you may want or need a better
picture than you got with the trusty point-and-shoot, or you are
unable to shoot it yourself.
Tour on CD:
$20 each or
$30 for 2 CDs when ordered at the same time
One for the buyer, one for the seller
- a great way to spread the word of what you do for your clients!
Stock Condo Images: $10
Frontstill images of condos and
hi-rises. $10 fee, which is 1/3 the price of booking a
frontstill shoot.
We
have a large and growing number of these frontstill photos.
Often they are better than what can be captured with given
conditions during a booked shoot.
We
offer these as complimentary additions or substitutions when a basic
tour is booked.
