Some
realtors want every room shot because it "virtually" makes
the home look bigger - some of the high-end listings have
had 10-15 panos.
Some properties warrant a more economical approach (ie. some smaller
condos only need 4 panos).
Larger-Home
Stills Upgrade: $25
Some
Stills Packages have been larger than 40 images. We provide
great coverage for most homes and condos with our regular Stills
Package, but every now and again a very large house comes along and
many realtors request the upgrade in order to provide full home
coverage.
Basic
Photoshop Retouching and Window Views for Panos: $10
Retouching:
"honest retouching" is David's guiding philosophy
when he is preparing to represent the property as it exists.
The retouching is limited to removing reflections of the camera in
mirrors, obscuring faces in portraits, and correcting for flaws such
as dust on the lens..
Window Views: There are extra
steps David can take to show scenic views through windows that
warrant it - again, you will find that David automatically does this
where he feels it is truly needed, unless specifically requested by
you not to do so.
Frontstill only: $30
Sometimes you may want or need a better
picture than you got with the trusty point-and-shoot, or you are
unable to shoot it yourself.
Tour on CD: $20 each or
$30 for 2 CDs when ordered at the same time
One for the buyer, one for the seller
- a great way to spread the word of what you do for your clients!
Stock Condo Images: $10
Frontstill images of condos and
hi-rises. $10 fee, which is half the price of booking a
frontstill shoot.
We
have a large and growing number of these frontstill photos.
Often they are better than what can be captured with given
conditions during a booked shoot.
We
offer these as complimentary additions or substitutions when a basic
tour is booked.
